  • Partnering with the Product Team on Features and Integrations
Responsibilities
  • Generate a consistent flow of sales-ready inbound leads and mature existing opps by developing, executing, and optimizing lead generation and nurture programs
  • Define key performance indicators and dashboards to enable us to measure, optimize, and focus the demand generation activities
  • Create compelling content and offerings mapped to buyer personas
  • Manage marketing automation system using Hubspot
  • Effectively communicate plans and metrics regularly
Experience
  • At least 4 years of marketing and/or demand generation experience within a SaaS startup
  • Proven, successful inbound and outbound demand generation program creation, execution, measurement, analysis and reporting across channels
  • Highly analytical and data-driven approach to demand generation
  • Advanced knowledge of current and innovative B2B demand generation methods across multiple channels (email, webinars, SEM/SEO, display, social, events, etc.)
  • Highly collaborative, self-starter, check the ego at the door, always interested in learning and innovating, unafraid to take action, comfortable with chaos
  • Positive, energetic attitude, and initiative; Strong work ethic
  • Able to work comfortably in a hands-on, multi-tasking, deadline-driven environment
  • Creative thinker, strategic thinker, problem solver
